ABOUT THE PLAY
The Moon is missing, and no one knows where she’s gone. Farmers don’t know when to plant their crops; people keep putting their pants on backwards; and the Mayor has forbidden people from leaving their homes after sundown. But the townspeople of Carland are bored to death of being stuck inside every night. They are determined to solve the mystery of their missing Moon -- even if it means confronting the Things of Darkness that lie waiting in the shadows of the bogs at the edge of town. Based on the old English fairy tale, but newly adapted for the stage, Buried Moon combines drama and comedy, magical and mysterious characters, with a touch of the scary -- all just in time for Halloween.
