Acting Skills - with Jeff Connor
For young actors, rehearsal and class time is usually focused on the core curriculum of performance: voice and movement, discovery and character.  As actors prepare for advanced study they should anticipate the introduction of various techniques or methods that train the actor to be as emotionally and psychologically genuine in their approach to "the work" as humanly possible. This class will be a basic introduction to some of these methods and exercises and will assist in the challenging transition between the fun and the glory of high school performance and the unique challenge of more vigorous and intensive study.

Hong Kong Fight Lab:  So you want to know Kung Fu? - with Damon
This workshop is an environment for  creative exploration and training of fight choreography skills. Using both open hand and weaponry, we will create routines, learn basics and do great kung fu! Hong Kong fight lab is a fun environment for students to challenge their skills, creativity and spirit.  Teacher Damon Honeycutt apprenticed with Qi Jian Guo of the Bejing Opera, and was the student of a two-time, all-around Wushu champion, Hu Jianqiang.
