Scott is fresh off a summer spent at the New London Barn Playhouse, which happens to be his hometown, where he appeared in 42nd Street and Newsies. Having grown up spending summers at Kearsarge Arts Theatre, and also working as a teacher once he graduated, Scott is a devoted teaching artist who has spent time teaching across New England and beyond.
While he was pursuing his MFA at Columbia University he taught with Classic Stage Company at the Fiorello LaGuardia High School for the Performing Arts as well as at other high schools in the outer boroughs accessing the power of classical texts. This past spring he was fortunate enough to be a part of Northern Stage's BridgeUp theatre in the schools program and worked with over 140 students on a production of James and the Giant Peach. He has worked regionally at the Williamstown Theatre Festival, New Repertory, Jean's Playhouse, Whistler in the Dark, and American Repertory Theater.
